SES operates where land, permitting, engineering, finance and commercial strategy must come together. From origination to Ready to Build
SES manages each stage as part of one connected development process. Technical decisions are tested against regulatory, financial and commercial requirements from the outset, reducing avoidable risk later in the project lifecycle.
Built on more than two decades of specialist experience
SES was established in 2020 by professionals whose work in renewable energy began approximately fifteen years earlier through a Madrid-based legal and advisory practice. Today, SES brings together professionals with more than twenty years of experience across Tier 1 legal, engineering, audit, investment-banking and advisory environments.
Since its establishment, SES has originated, owned, developed and transacted utility-scale renewable-energy projects across the Iberian Peninsula and established a growing development platform in Brazil.
